Specifically, you will learn how to …
Differentiate coaching from giving advice, mentoring, teaching, and counseling.
Recognize when someone is ready to be coached.
Engage in a coaching conversation that empowers people to change.
Use the 11 Empowerment Coaching skills to shape that conversation.
Help the people you coach make wise choices as they set and pursue goals that are important to them.
Coach in a variety of situations as you participate in 10 practice coaching sessions.
You will receive a Workbook with ample space to take notes. When you have completed the training, it will become a valuable Empowerment Coaching Resource Manual.
