Entry Point #3:  Create one or more Coaching
Zones
among your work groups and teams:

Readiness –You are able to identify at least one unit manager or team leader who embraces empowerment, basically understands the non-directive nature of coaching, and is eager to be trained to transform his/her work unit or team into a Coaching Zone. This will most likely occur as managers and leaders complete our Empowerment Coaching Training.

Our Support – We will help the select managers and leaders with their efforts to create Coaching Zones. Our assigned Facilitator/Coach will work with you as more Coaching Zone opportunities emerge.
